What happens to my price when I renew?
Nothing. Your price stays the same. The Business plan at $12/mo renews at $12/mo. We don't offer low introductory rates that spike at renewal — that's the whole point. You can verify this by checking our pricing page a year from now. It'll be the same.
What's actually included — what will you try to charge me for later?
SSL certificates, daily backups, site migration, and DNS management are all included in every plan. We don't sell SiteProtect Pro. We don't have an "Enhanced Security" add-on. The checkout page has your plan, and optionally an annual upgrade. That's it.
Can I move my current site over without it going down?
Yes. Every plan includes 1-click migration from cPanel-based hosts (Bluehost, SiteGround, Hostinger, GoDaddy, and others). For more complex setups, our support team does it for you. Migration downtime is typically under 15 minutes.
What happens if I need more storage than my plan includes?
We'll let you know before you hit the limit and give you time to upgrade — we don't suspend your site without warning. If you're on Business and getting close to 50GB, we'll flag it. You can upgrade anytime; your new pricing locks in at the standard rate, flat renewal, same as always.
Is this a real company or is someone going to buy you and ruin everything?
We're a small, independently operated hosting company. No VC funding, no acquisition roadmap, no EIG-style rollup strategy. We're building this because we wanted to use it ourselves. The plan is to stay small, stay profitable, and stay reliable — not to get acquired by a company that'll change the pricing the minute the ink dries.
